CIC's manufacturing process has been adapted over the years to minimize waste and maximize resources. The process is so efficient that it allows us to recycle 90% of the waste produced at our manufacturing plants. In 2022, this led to the recycling of 2094 tons of materials and 4227 mattresses. This not only reduces the amount of waste that ends up in landfills but also conserves valuable resources.

CIC separates 90% of the manufacturing waste and takes it to different recycling plants, where it acquires a new life. 52% of the waste is wood, which is used to create alternative gas, 18% of the waste is sawdust, which is used for compost, 3% of the waste is paperboard, and 7% of the waste is plastic which is fed into reusable recycling systems, 3% of the waste is wire, and 0.1% of the waste is cans which also feeds into reusable recycling systems.
